We understand that some of you may have encountered difficulties while attempting to scan your Fusion QR cards at the self-checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and want to explain some of the potential reasons behind these issues:

1. Scanner Compatibility: Not all till scanners are updated to read the latest QR code technologies. This could result in an inability to read your Fusion QR card.  Latest image-based scanners can scan barcodes from smartphone displays within a few seconds. Older laser scanners have difficulties scanning smartphone displays.
2. Brightness and Screen Quality: The screen brightness and quality could affect the scanner's ability to read the QR code.
3. Network Issues: Some scanners require an internet connection for verification, and network issues could prevent successful scanning.
4. Software Updates: In some instances, the scanning systems at stores need to be updated to be compatible with newer QR code formats. The merchants constantly updating the scanner technologies so we belive this problem will be fixed soon.

We are actively working on ways to make the Fusion QR experience as seamless as possible for everyone. In the meantime, if you face any difficulties, kindly alert the store staff so they can assist you. If this problem appear please ask the cashier to scan on the main till or you can use the static card in your wallet.

We'd like to clarify that this feature is intentionally designed to enhance the scanning experience.

When you open the Fusion QR app, the screen brightness is automatically increased to the highest level. This ensures that the QR code is as clear and readable as possible, making for a quicker and more efficient scanning process at the store.

As soon as you close the app or navigate away from it, the brightness level will revert back to your original settings. This way, you don't have to manually adjust your phone's brightness before and after each scan.

Select with a long press the card that you want to delete and you will get a pop-up message for confirmation of the deletion of the card.

At this early stage of development, the wallet is designed to hold and display all of your cards. However, your points are still going to be added to you merchant account. We work to improve this feature and in the next steps the poiints collection is planed to be added as a new section in the app for you better visibility.

1. QR Codes - Ideal for storing a wide range of information, from URLs to contact details.
2. Interleaved 2 of 5 (i2of5) - Often used in warehouse and industrial applications.
3. EAN-13 - Commonly used for retail products.
4. EAN-8 - Similar to EAN-13 but shorter, used for smaller packaging.
5. Code 39 - Widely used in various industries.
6. Code 93 - An advancement of Code 39 with more data density.
7. PDF417 - Used in identification cards and travel documents.
8. Aztec - Often used in transport ticketing and packaging.

Whether you're storing loyalty cards, gift cards, or membership cards, as long as they use one of these barcode or QR code types, you can effortlessly store and access them using Fusion QR.

However, if you get an error message wille trying to add a new card it is because this type of code is not supported at the present moment. We do plan in the future to expand the type of codes wich can be added to the wallet.
